Welcome to African Health Informatics Research Institute (AFHIRI), an independent, nonpartisan, private research institution in Uganda that supports knowledge mobilization and brokering to provide decision-makers with evidence-based knowledge and guidance, to contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-informed, policies and practices that create and strengthen equitable digital health systems. We are a digital health research think tank operating with in Uganda providing highly specialized research services to our clients. We offer a wide range of services to our clientele. Our operation is within four main domains, namely: Innovation, Research, training and consultancy. We aim at developing digital health innovations, conducting high quality research, training and research consultancy services in Africa.
